Okay.. you’ve just created a masterpiece and you want everyone to see it.. what do you do? Post it to Facebook? Tweet about it? Maybe… but give it some substance and style with a frame made just for your scrapbook page. Sounds expensive, right? Nahhh. You can pick it up from TARJAY! Um.. I mean, Target. Check it out. Way cool. Wish I had one (hint hint to my hubby who is wondering what I want for Mother’s Day! … besides all my digi pages printed out and put in a leather bound book for me… hahaha).
PS — when I visit that site, I’m also offered the opportunity to purchase a Barak Obama doll. I think I’m being WATCHED. ::giggle::

I think you guys would really like this if you’re a first time digi-scrapper. Designer Digitals is one of my favorite sites. I’m planning to tell you more about them as soon as the earth stops rotating so quickly and I have more time in a day.. but I wanted to give you another little tidbit from them that I think is really helpful.
A PDF file from Designer Digitals to help you get started in digi scrapping! If you’re already doin’ digi, you may not need it but pass it on to a friend who is still stuck in paperland, covered in glue!!
I’ll be back with more SOON. There’s so much to share, I don’t want you to miss any of it!

Today we’ll take a look at The Daily Digi. I love the look of this site.. It’s so graphically appealing. Downright cute.
Each month they offer a Digi File – a special pack of kits for a great price. This month, you get 6 kits plus templates for only $5! You can’t beat that with a stick.
The great folks over at Daily Digi have come up with articles to help the beginning digi scrapper. Here are the titles of some of their tutorials:
WHAT PROGRAM SHOULD I USE?
HOW DO I DO MY FIRST LAYOUT?
PRINTING LAYOUTS
DON’T LOSE A THING
Lights, Camera, ACTIONS!
USING LAYERED TEMPLATES
FREEBIES
DROP SHADOWS
LEARN-CREATE (more tutorials)
SHARING FILES
BRUSH BASICS
BRUSHES-BEYOND THE BASICS
UNZIPPING FAST
ROUNDING CORNERS
Take a peek at their site and be sure you don’t miss out on the Daily Digi File that is only available til the end of the month. Then check back next month for a new one! I think you’ll like what they have to offer.

I really want one of these.. but with as many kids as I have, I’d have to have 2 bracelets.
What better way to show off your adorable photos than a bracelet or necklace that display your prized pictures? Check out Memory Maker Photo Jewelry:
Whether you choose a bracelet in gold or silver tone, or a necklace, key chain or bookmark, each one can be personalized with your favorite photos.
Oh, but wait. Your favorite photo is huge.. and how on earth do you get it sized down to the right size to go in the bracelet or necklace? Never fear. Memory Maker Jewelry offers EZ Fit Photo Reduction service to shrink your photo down to the appropriate size and shape!
Each of the products they sell is really cute. And not overly expensive either! Below are a few of my favorites. Cell phone charms, ID Badge necklaces and Photo Charm kits. They’re all adorable.
Now you know what to get mom for Mother’s Day.. or me! I’ll take one of each.

One of my “stand-by” sites to visit when I need new ideas is Studio Girls Scrapbook Graphics. Whether your looking for freebies, shopping or tutorials, Studio Girls Scrapbook Graphics site has something to tickle your fancy. Shop for Actions & Styles for Photoshop, Backgrounds, cards and fonts as well as Digi Scrapping Kits. You can find brushes and stamps for your software program as well as templates, quick pages and word art.
In addition to the shopping section of the website, there is also a blog and a gallery where other artists share their work made with the Studio Girls’ products. This is a great place to get ideas. The forums are a great place to meet other scrappers and share ideas, too!
One of the best buys from this site is here. A HUGE kit of gorgeous, rich textured background papers (4×144 or 1.7GB to be exact..) designed by Berna Datema. I turn to this paper pack FREQUENTLY, especially when I’m using templates. I can make a template look completely different with a change of background paper. This wasn’t a cheap purchase (i.e. Not for you Teri…LOL) , but it is worth every dime in my book.
I think you’ll really like Studio Girls Scrapbook Graphics and Berna Datema, just one of the terrific designers at this site.
